    I was Wilding Wallbeds Customer Service Manager. I was responsible for leading 2 Customer Service Reps, 3 local delivery and insallation employees and 2 California delivery drivers. I was also the leason for our outside contractor who is in charge of our Southern California Installaiton team. My duties included creating and implementing training programs for installers, creating and implemnetating training programs for delivery drivers, and creating and implementating training programs for customer service employees. I was responsible for maintaining the companies DOT Compliance and managing the comercial fleet. I started in Feburary of 2004 as a bed builder, I became a craftsman of wallbeds and cabinets quickly. In 2005 I transistioned into Delivery and Installations where my responsibilities grew as the company grew. When I left I was the manager of the Delivery and Installation department for 5 years and the manager of the customer servie department for 2 years. I left to seek employement in an industry I shared a passion as well as to reduce travel and be home more with my family.

He and I became friends while working at Wilding Wallbeds and while we live apart we still keep in touch and meet up often for lunch or dinner whenever we are in the same town. I always joke that if it was not for me he would never be able to back a trailer.

In 2016, I purchased a beautiful Wilding Wallbed at the Chino Hills, California store. I have been extremely pleased with the unit and have found it to be very well made. My only concern has been that the mattress has not held up well, and I can no longer sleep comfortably. I contacted the Chino Hill location and spoke to Jake Smith, Manager of Customer Service and Installation. Jake couldn't have been more courteous, professional, and helpful. He explained how to pursue a replacement mattress from Serta and promptly emailed me a copy of my purchase invoice for submission to Serta. He was so supportive and personable; he made what could have been a rather daunting experience, one I pursued with confidence and information. Due in large part to Jake's assistance, Serta has agreed to provide me with a replacement mattress. A mistake that many companies make is to not prioritize customer service. If Jake is any indication, Wilding Wallbeds has not made that mistake. He is truly an asset and a reflection of a quality company. I have always recommended Wilding Wallbeds for high quality products, but I will now commend the company for exemplary service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Jake is truly deserving of commendation.
